A ubiquitous object is manufactured into existence without an inner core of connotation. The being who inhabits it generates an anxious analog of memories contrived into a false reality, without the acknowledgment of its premier existence inside the mind. Lisa’s work is physical documentation of personal moments that are forced into existence within the object. The created conversation constitutes a continuation of a larger web of energy exchange in which reevaluates the concept of history and its existence. The viewer assesses the objects in the present as a ritualistic reminder of the past, but the past is absent.
