I experienced the biggest earthquake in recorded history in Japan when I was suffering from a sudden sickness that started a few months prior. Through experiencing the disaster and seeing many people dying in an instant, I realized I was lucky to be alive. Drawing was part of my rehabilitation practice and it was one of the few things I could do by myself. I decided to use this skill to reconnect with society. My mission is to share the application of being alive beyond nationality, culture, race, or age and seek harmonious coexistence with nature.
