Exile, migration, and displacement are central in the making of diaspora. Diaspora is a community of leavers that may not share an experience of why or how they have left but potentially a shared imagination of what was left behind. The body of works in this exhibition explores the experience of leaving, adapting to new homelands, and most importantly, the unreliable memory of home.
